Digital Nomad Spain
ARTSOFT CONSULTING is a company registered in Spain that provides consulting services for business relocation and the relocation of entrepreneurs and digital nomads to Spain.
Who are these programs suitable for?
Digital Nomad is a new program launched by the Spanish government to attract remote workers and freelancers to the country. The program offers a three-year residence permit that allows citizens of non-European Union countries to live and work in Spain while working remotely for companies or clients based outside of Spain.
The company's services focus on consultations, document preparation, and support up to the point of obtaining a residence permit, based on two government programs of the Kingdom of Spain:
Residence permit for individuals with income based on employment or service contracts, the work for which is performed by the employee remotely (Digital Nomad).
Applicant requirements:
Be a citizen of any country not part of the European Union.
Have an employment or service contract for remote work with a minimum income of 2,646 euros per month for one applicant, 3,639 euros for two, 3,970 for three, and 4,300 for four applicants.
Be able to travel to Spain to submit the application.
Have no criminal record.

What opportunities does this type of Spanish residence permit open up?

This residence permit is granted for 3 years.

You have the right to move to Spain with your spouse, children under 18, and in some cases, elderly parents.

This type of residence permit can be renewed upon its expiration.

You and your family members will have the right to work in Spain (for primary applicants, no more than 20% of the total income).
